At Spindle, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for paid subscriptions.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. During the free trial period, you can explore all features of Spindle without being charged. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual, depending on your plan). All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this policy or required by applicable law.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following circumstances:
If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial payment (excluding free trial period), you may request a full refund. This applies only to your first payment.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 14 days, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription period.
If you are charged multiple times for the same subscription period, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charges.

We will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.
Important: Canceling your subscription does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refunds are only provided in accordance with this Refund Policy.
If you file a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact us first so we can work together to resolve any issues. Chargebacks may result in additional fees and account restrictions.
If you upgrade or downgrade your plan, the changes will be reflected in your next billing cycle. Prorated credits or charges will apply based on the time remaining in your current billing period. These adjustments are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take additional time to process.
